Leadership Roundtable is a national organization seeking to elevate and implement best practices in management and leadership in the Catholic Church. Their mission envisions healing and strengthening the Catholic Church through an inclusive, effective, and positive leadership culture that is co-responsible, transparent, and accountable. Crimsonbridge Foundation partnered with Leadership Roundtable in 2022, through the Foundation’s Bridges Program, to support the creation of a new role focused on inclusive communications: a Bilingual/Bicultural Communications Manager. Leslie Rodriguez joined the Leadership Roundtable team and developed a strategy for building its Spanish-speaking audience, including launching a fully bilingual website and Spanish-language newsletter.
In recognition of this partnership, Leadership Roundtable invited Crimsonbridge Foundation Founder and Executive Chair Gabriela Smith to share how her Catholic faith informs her philanthropy. In an article for its 2023 Impact Report, Leadership Roundtable highlights that “Crimsonbridge Foundation is one of only 2% of foundations in the United States guided by Hispanic/Latino leadership and holds investment in bilingual communication among its core investment priorities. Their dedication to philanthropic investment in efforts to expand bilingual communication is what brought Crimsonbridge and Leadership Roundtable together.”
