LeaderBridge congratulates the following leaders on completing the Positive Intelligence program:
Lavontte Chatmon of Leadership Montgomery
Yurani Sandoval of Women Palante
Melissa Stallings of Capital Impact Partners
Jhae Thompson of Community Youth Advance
The LeaderBridge Positive Intelligence program works with leaders to strengthen the wise, responsive part of their brains and handle leadership challenges with a positive mindset and less stress. This year’s cohort included optional coaching to allow participants to take a step back and assess, reimagine, and reenergize their leadership.
These leaders join a group of over 155 nonprofit professionals who are making an impact in the Greater Washington region, including 18 leaders who participated in the LeaderBridge Positive Intelligence cohort facilitated by nonprofit coach and consultant Bob Wittig.
After participating in a LeaderBridge affiliated program, leaders become part of the LeaderBridge Network. These alumni have access to exclusive resources, additional professional development opportunities, and most importantly, a group of peer nonprofit leaders that serve as thought partners, sounding boards, and points of connection in their professional journey.
