Five Greater Washington nonprofit leaders are participating in the Center for Nonprofit Advancement’s virtual Executive Preparation Institute (EPI) in partnership with LeaderBridge©. EPI is for nonprofit leaders who are considering an executive level position sometime in the next five years and who are looking to learn more about managing a nonprofit. Cohort topics cover the DISC assessment, board governance and engagement, fundraising, and more.

The LeaderBridge Network consists of over 175 leaders who are making an impact in the Greater Washington region, including nine leaders who have completed EPI since 2020.
